FAQ

How long does it take to ship my order?

Given the order is not a pre-order or back-order (site will say whether or not an item is pre-sale or out of stock/backordered) it is processed and finalized within 2 business days (Cut off time 8pm). Then, after the order is processed and considered "finalized," it will be shipped and you will be given an estimated shipping date based on the shipping method chosen by YOU, the customer.

"FREE SHIPPING" option is a flat rate of $0.00. It is shipped ground and is only available for domestic shipping (contiguous 48 states) within the United States of America. This option can take up to 7 business days after an order is finalized.

 

What is the return policy?

-EXCHANGES-

If you purchased an item(s) from Rivalryclothingco.com and want to exchange it for a different Color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 30 days of the receipt of purchase (not "finalized" or shipping receipt date), to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the item(s) you would like. Make sure to repack the item(s) in the packaging that it was shipped in, or something comparable. Please contact our customer services department prior to returning the item to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.(No pet hair, No human hair, No smoke smell, no other odors not associated with the clothing and/or original packaging.) Once clothing is worn and/or washed it CANNOT be returned or exchanged. We will ship the new item(s) to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. -RETURNS-

Item(s)purchased from rivalryclothingco.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund. (No Pet Hair, No human hair, No smoke smell, no other odors not associated with the clothing and/or origional packaging.) Once clothing is worn and/or washed it CANNOT be returned. Customer has 30 days of the receipt of purchase (no "finalized" or shipping receipt date) to return item(s) that he or she would like to return. 

To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If "FREE SHIPPING" method is chosen, it only applies at the time when the order was placed through Rivalry Clothing Co. "FREE SHIPPING" will not be applied or taken into consideration with the shipping of an item back to Rivalry Clothing Co. for return.

 

Is my information safe when making an account with Rivalry?

Rivalryclothingco.com respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. 

 

Sales Tax?

Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state California.

Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to the states outside of California. 

 

How do I become part of the Rivalry team/Sponsorship?

Contact Rivalry Clothing Company via email with your resume and a support offer will be sent back to you.

Rivalry Clothing Support offer allows you to purchase Rivalry products at the wholesale cost. 

Sponsorship Requirements: Athletes applying for product support should be willing to purchase, use and promote the sponsors products and to present himself/herself in a respectfully manner to other athletes and teams. Athletes of all skill levels are welcome to apply for support. Starting out or a pro athlete support is available if you should you are dedicated in your efforts. 

Athletes will be required to use Rivalry products and display the Rivalry logo. Athletes must list Rivalry Clothing Co. on all their event applications they participate in. 

A decal package is provided to each sponsored athlete once a product order is placed. Athletes will send a monthly report of their event  esults to Rivalry Clothing and take pictures of them in action performing.
